The unique Optimill Awning Rail Kit, is the best awning rail on the market for Land Rover Defenders. Fast and easy to fit, mounting directly to the roof gutter without any need for drilling holes. The ultimate piece of kit for camping, overlanding and green laning, manufactured here in the UK by the experts at Optimill.

Fitting is Simple!

The main anodized aluminum blocks attach directly to the roof gutter rail on both Defender 90 and 110 models. Position the blocks, mount with the gutter protectors and simply tighten the grub screws to secure. Attach the aluminum ‘C’ channels to accept the 6mm Kador strip, and you’re all set.

Once you’re camp site is all set and you want to go on another adventure with the Land Rover, simply remove the Kador strip and drive away from any of the compatible awnings we have available. After your adventures are done for the day, it is a quick re connect to set back up camp for the night.

No dismantling the roof tent to nip to the shop!
